DID THE POOL SMELL? Not really! It had a fishy scent - similar to the smell of seaweed at the beach but it wasn't bad!
WERE THERE A TON OF MOSQUITOS? None at all!
WHAT WAS INSIDE THE POOL? Vegetation and dead critters unfortunately :(
WHY WAS THE POOL FULL OF WATER IF IT WAS CLOSED? It filled with rain water over the years! And it's likely the original owner never drained it completely because if it had sat empty it would clapse inward on itself.
WHY WAS THERE A DECK ON IT? No clue, never heard of anyone closing a pool like that but we suspect it was cheaper to build a deck than fill it in properly.
HOW DID YOU GUYS LEARN HOW TO DO THIS? Hours of research online and asking friends and family with pools for advice!
